Yule Log Cake
'Tis the season to be jolly, and what better way to be jolly than with a Yule Log Cake!
I (Cat) have wanted to make a Yule log for freaking ever, but the tyranny of mandatory Christmas puddings has characterised both of our family Christmases for years. The year I made the Yule log I believe I just snapped and stuck it next to the pud, and people just had to make the choice to get uncomfortably full (oh no).
